Productivity Tools

Google Docs is a productivity tool, which I use for writing documents and essays and other written work. It is efficient and secure as it automatically saves to the drive connected to the email signed in as. Google Slides is a presentation tool. It is very simple to make a presentation in it. Google Forms is another google tool, which can be used to get a survey of the workplace environment from co-workers. It can also be used to collect data about how a new product or tool is performing. Google Forms are very easy to make, so that makes them very accessible to use in any type of professional setting. Google Sheets, which is where you can make spreadsheets. They have lots of tools and functions within the app that can do thing such as calculate the average, sum, percentage, and many others for each row or column.Google Calendar is another great productivity tool, that you can access from anywhere online. I currently use it to keep track of my classes and appointments. Professionally it can be used to keep track of meetings and to set reminders so that you get to your meetings on time. Yet another Google App, is Google Drive, which I use for having separate folders for each class I am in. Folders in Google Drive are a great way to keep track of your work and keep it organized. Other productivity tools I use that are not Google Apps are Gmail and Pycharm. I use Gmail for personal email use. I also use PyCharm which is an app for coding that is engaging and assists in learning and executing of code. All of these productivity tools make tasks easier, thus cutting down on the amount of time a task takes.
